NEWSFLASH! new venues mean new classes Happy 2026!
Before the holidays, the second fall session at Artistree in South Pomfret wrapped up—and what fun it was. A wonderfully curious and convivial group joined me for hands-on workshops like French Bistro as well as a brand-new (and non-culinary) adventure: a weekly French language class. Turns out talking about food in French is almost as fun as cooking it (almost).
Now for the big newsflash… I’ve added a second location!
That’s right—I’m officially back to NYC (well, back-and-forth), teaming up with new partners like Eataly and NY Cake. My calendar is filling up fast with classes like Lobster Fra Diavolo, Flatbreads, Quick Breads, and Cannoli. Delish!
People always ask what my favorite class is. Well, most recently, I would have to say Bomboloni. Those donuts were beautiful, indulgent, and just technical enough to keep things exciting. I love any class where I’m learning something new, refining a technique, or figuring out how to fit a three-hour experience into 90 minutes. No biggie. And truly, nothing beats a room full of happy people leaving covered in powdered sugar.
Coming up next: Macarons at the Marriott in Midtown this March (that’s a lotta mmmm!), plus croissants, fresh cavatelli, sticky buns, and more. New workshops are added regularly, so be sure to check the calendar for the latest offerings.
And as always—if there’s a class you’d love to take but don’t see it listed, just reach out. I’m happy to work with you to create a private workshop tailored to your group either in NYC or VT.
Thanks so much for being here and for cooking along with me. I can’t wait to see what we make together this year. |
