"Victoria was an AWESOME instructor.  She owns a keen balance of patience for folks who need support, while keeping the class on pace.  Her professional, but warm demeanor set the classroom at ease right from the beginning.  I brought two teenagers with me and she was able to keep even those toughest critics highly engaged."

"Victoria was an amazing teacher. She made me feel at ease, made the class fun, and within that environment she created I was able to learn and absorb an immense amount of information. Kudos to her!"

"Super fun.  Inspiring, fun, practical, useful.  Victoria was great, she makes it fun and entertaining but also keeps the group moving forward.  I had the baking basics but this class took me from "OK" to "really good"!  Thank you!"

"Victoria was awesome! So much fun and so knowledgeable. We never realized how easy tarts could be."

"Victoria was an amazing teacher. Well matched for the class. She was smart, funny and attentive. She was able to speak to the people in the class at whatever experience and skill Level they had."

Victoria’s passion for teaching led her to a successful career in culinary education, where she has shared her knowledge with aspiring home cooks through recreational cooking classes at respected institutions including Sur La Table in New York City and King Arthur Baking Company in Norwich, Vermont.

Prior to teaching, Victoria spent nearly two decades in the financial sector before deciding to ditch her heels for kitchen clogs and move to Paris to study at Le Cordon Bleu.  Upon earning her Culinary Arts Diploma, she trained with several talented chefs at renown restaurant groups including Bernard Loiseau, Alain Ducasse, and Daniel Boulud in France and New York City.

In addition to her classes here, you can also find Victoria leading cooking and baking classes at the Essex Resort & Spa's Cook's Academy.  Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys a variety of hobbies, including hanging with her rescue dogs, murdering plants in her perennial gardens, and honing her meager equitation skills.
